Designs page layouts, charts, graphs, and computer graphics. Being a Desktop Publishing Operator selects, imports, and edits graphic images used to enhance the impact of the materials. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Desktop Publishing Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Desktop Publishing Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
    Consistently Strategically develop, manage, and execute on business development opportunities
    Effectively utilize, update, and leverage the CRM (salesforce) daily
    Prepare and virtually present persuasive and targeted sales presentations
    Generate leads by strategically establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
    Develop and maintain strong understanding of your products and partner effectively with Customer Success and Marketing colleagues

    YOU MUST HAVE     (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
    Bachelor's degree minimum
    1 years of successful consultative sales, account management, and/or customer success work experience that involved prospecting, territory management, and contract negotiation
    Experience conducting virtual product demos or sales presentations (via Zoom, Teams, etc)
    Experience using a CRM to manage day-to-day sales/account activities, run reports, and analyze data

    IDEAL IF YOU HAVE     (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
    Industry knowledge or experience (Higher Education, EdTech, eLearning)
    Experience using Salesforce
