Hamilton Connections is seeking employees with order machine operation experience for a manufacturing company in Woodbury, CT.

$18.00 - $20.00 based on experience.

Hours : 7 am 3 : 30 pm Monday to Friday No weekends (OT paid after 8 hours as deemed necessary by management)

Summary :

Machine operators will be required to operate and monitor production equipment and to ensure that production of high-precision components is according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect parts off machinery to ensure parts are running to quality standards
• Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements
• Maintain production and quality records
• Performs basic machine maintenance functions

Requirements :

• Machine operator experience preferred
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Math & computer skills preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
