Summary: An individual in this role will be responsible for frequently using large wrenches to turn individual pieces of steel. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have at least two years of machine operating experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, changeover, and troubleshoot finish processes to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Efficiently run and operate all required equipment, during setups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Load, unload, and troubleshoot equipment and do routine maintenance with the guidance of production and Technical Support.
• Complete control plane inspections. Manage areas of responsibility through the use of visual management methods to meet operating objectives.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
