May require an associate degree. Additionally, Desktop Publishing Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Desktop Publishing Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The Knoxville News Sentinel has immediate openings for part-time inserters. This is a great position to earn additional funds at nights and on the weekend including college students looking for extra income! Many shifts available throughout the week as well. Hours: 4:30 P.M. to 12:30 A.M
Requirements:
GED/High School diploma.
Good verbal communication skills required.
Must be able to repetitively lift newspaper bundles weighing up to 25 pounds.
