May require an associate degree. Additionally, Desktop Publishing Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Director, Publishing Innovation and Open Science, reporting to the Chief Publishing Officer will work across the organization to develop and introduce innovative and equitable Open Science publishing models in our journals and other products that accelerate the advancement of science while serving researchers. S/he will play a vital role in shaping the broader conversation advancing Open Science, both at AIP Publishing and externally with researchers, funders, publishers, and other organizations.
