1. 3 years planning and consulting at a public accounting firm (Required)
2. CPA license or EA Certification (Required)
3. 3 years in federal tax compliance (Preferred)
4. Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
5. Experience with complex partnership allocations
6. Good project management and analytical skills
7. Self-motivated team player with effective communication skills
8. Experience in managing, developing and training staff accountants
9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
10. Handling tax compliance and advisory engagements in a variety of industries with a focus on Small to Medium sized businesses.
11. Managing, developing and training Staff Accountants
12. Work closely with firm leadership to play a key role in business development and firm administration activities.
13. Review and Prepare Tax Returns
14. Keeping informed of current tax developments and effectively applying tax knowledge/research to specific client situations and communicating tax developments with team members.
