Competitive Pay & Benefits include : Medical Dental Vision Paid Leave after 90 days of employment Paid Holidays PTO and Vacation Pay Position Summary / Objective : Responsible for the overall appearance of the buildings and grounds of one or more RC Hospitality Solutions properties.

Essential Functions : Clean pool areas daily : decks, furniture, water fountains, etc. Clean restrooms daily : sweep and mop floors, clean sinks, vanity tops, and mirrors;

Vacuum / sweep all carpets daily. Clean parking areas daily, including stairwells and elevators. Walk all common areas daily, including stairwells and breezeways, and pick up debris.

Correct any problems, if possible. Otherwise, make a note of the problem and location, and notify the supervisor. Pick up litter in parking lots, garages, pool decks, lawn and shrubbery areas, and planter boxes daily.

Retrieve luggage and grocery carts and place them in designated areas, ongoing daily. Inspect and pick up pool decks, arrange pool furniture, sweep sand off wooden beach walkover and in front of the showers, twice daily beginning and end of shift.

Clean fitness and club areas, including walls, floors, and door tracks weekly; touch up daily. Wipe down handrails and railings on each floor and in stairwells, weekly.

Assist with the enforcement of pool rules. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands Work tasks are performed primarily outdoors.

Temperature varies due to weather conditions. Position requires walking and giving direction; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

Length of time of theses tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the resort on a timely basis.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

on a regular and continuing basis. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees. Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.

Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Education High school or equivalent education preferred.

Experience General Maintenance and Housekeeping experience preferred, preferably in a resort environment. Licenses or Certificates Must possess valid Drivers License. Powered by JazzHR
