    About the Position

    Inclusive Development International is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Operations Associate. Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, this position's primary responsibility is to support the operations of Inclusive Development International by performing core administrative functions and assisting with special projects. The Operations Associate will also be trained on all core Human Resources functions.


    Primary Responsibilities


    • Coordinate travel arrangements (primarily international), including booking airfare and accommodations;
    • Provide clerical office support;
    • Office upkeep tasks at our office in downtown Asheville;
    • Assist with tasks related to state compliance and Human Resources compliance in the United States and in other countries where Inclusive Development International employees reside;
    • Support with tasks related to onboarding and offboarding of employees as directed;
    • Support on other special and routine projects;
    • Develop strong understanding of organization Human Resources policies and procedures;
    • Serve as primary organization contact for Operations department when the Human Resources and Administration Manager is on leave;
    • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

    Essential qualifications:

    • Associate's degree or equivalent workforce experience
    • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with making travel arrangements, particularly for destinations outside the United States.

    Schedule

    This position requires in-office work in downtown Asheville, with the option for a hybrid (combination of work from home and in-person) working arrangement. Typical working hours will be 4 hours per day Monday-Friday, with some flexibility to set working hours based on the employee's preferences.

    Travel
