About the Position
Inclusive Development International is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Operations Associate. Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, this position's primary responsibility is to support the operations of Inclusive Development International by performing core administrative functions and assisting with special projects. The Operations Associate will also be trained on all core Human Resources functions.

Schedule
This position requires in-office work in downtown Asheville, with the option for a hybrid (combination of work from home and in-person) working arrangement. Typical working hours will be 4 hours per day Monday-Friday, with some flexibility to set working hours based on the employee's preferences.
