General Purpose Statement
The Retail Associate is responsible for the daily operation of the Aspen Art Museum’s retail venues, which includes generating sales, visual merchandising, cash handling, administration of reports, inventory control and processing, answering phones, and general customer service. At this time, we are seeking a part-time Retail Associate with shifts available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Hours and Work Schedule
This is an hourly position which requires availability for day, evening, and holiday shifts. At this time, shifts are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Retail Associate position is nonexempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and will receive overtime pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in a seven-day workweek.
