Being a Development Associate - Museum administers correspondence with individual donors, maintains donor databases, and provides statistical reports on developmental activities. As the Part-Time Museum Store Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Museum Store and Leo Bistro by providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, executing opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor. You will enhance the guest experience through excellent customer service and thoughtful product recommendations to assist the team in reaching sales goals. You will also be responsible for minimizing potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness, reporting safety hazards and risk factors to manager and Security all with a focus on supporting the Museum's Mission, Vision, and Values.
This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 based on experience. This position provides a flexible 20-25 hours per week. Successful candidates must be available to work during museum operating hours Wednesday through Sunday, including Thursday nights, some holidays, and special events.
