Child and Family EASA Mental Health Case Manager

  • Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a full-time Child and Family EASA Mental Health Case Manager to provide individuals and their support system skills training in a community setting. Works with the child and family treatment team to provide intensive goal-oriented services. Duties include coaching and mentoring in pro-social activities, life skills, communication, problem solving, behavioral management, and parenting skills. This position also co-facilitates multi-family groups. 


    The Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree with trainings in human development, human services or behavioral modification
    • Qualify as a QMHA
    • Knowledge of interviewing and counseling / treatment techniques.
    • Knowledge of parenting skills / interventions.
    • Knowledge of ADHD and other child behavior disorders including psychosis.
    • Good understanding of child development.
    • Familiarity with community resources for client and family needs.
    • Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s license and be insurable for client service purposes.
    • Must pass all criminal history background investigations and pass a standard drug screening.
