· Promote concessions sales.
· Learn cashier techniques and upsell memberships and museum programs.
· Maintain knowledge IMAX Theater movies both documentary and Hollywood.
· Maintain working knowledge educational events and exhibits.
· Previous customer service and sales experience.
· Good communications skills.
· Ability to be friendly, helpful, and kind.
· Must be able to work under pressure and in constantly changing conditions.
· Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
· Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
