Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for historically under-served youth, is currently seeking a full time Development Associate to bring their talents, skills and energy to our fundraising department. As a member of a dynamic Development Team, the Development Associate is responsible for providing support and assistance in all facets of Bonnie Brae Development including all aspects of donor database maintenance and gift acknowledgement, administrative support for Bonnie Brae Development special events, marketing communications efforts including creation of materials and social media management, and administrative/organizational support to the Director of Development and Assistant Director of Development. The Development Associate also assists with creation and coordination of specific projects including appeals, in-kind appeals and special events as needed, assist with the grant writing process, provides key coordination of volunteers and keeps the Development files and materials updated and organized. Successful candidate will need to pass a New Jersey Department of Education and a New Jersey Department of Children & Families background check.
