Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. This position has full responsibility for the management of the co-op buildings. Management includes the daily operation of co-op activities and responsibility for handling building emergencies.

Schedule and Location of Position:
This is an in-person position at our Charlestown, MA location. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. Some travel will occasionally be required (Malden, MA office, co-ops, conferences).
