Development Coordinator jobs in Buffalo, NY

Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Summary:

    The Web Coordinator maintains the operations of Catholic Health's websites and digital properties, ensuring smooth and seamless operation. The role will include designing, building, and implementing new website pages; integrating sites with back-end applications; and performing day-to-day administrative tasks related to Catholic Health's digital portfolio. Proficient use of a range of development languages is required.

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION
    • BS or BA in the field of computer science, web development, interactive design, technology or a related field required

    EXPERIENCE
    • In-depth knowledge of web technologies, hosting providers, content management systems and tools including WordPress, Drupal and Amazon Web Services a plus
    • Familiarity with a variety of Content Management System builders/editors, including Divi builder and Gutenberg (block editor)
    • Strong understanding of internet programming languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
    • Experience with computer graphic and multimedia design a plus, but not required
    • Experience using project management software, similar to Asana, preferred

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    ENVIRONMENT
    • Primarily sedentary - working at a PC
    • Normal heat, light space, and safe working environment; typical of most office jobs
    • Some travel required for deliveries/distribution
    • Flexibility in schedule needed for special event assistance
