Development Coordinator jobs in Cleveland, OH
Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Essential Functions
- Assist residents in applying to BBC’s internal home repair assistance program (HRAP).
- Continuously improve the data system and process for applying, tracking and completing home repairs.
- Work with contractors to implement repairs.
- Complete necessary reports and compliance documentation as required by government and private foundations.
- Promote and manage programs available to community residents including but not limited to:

- Senior Housing Assistance (SHAP)
- Repair-A Home (RAH)
- CHN Housing Partners Repair Programs
- Community Housing Solutions Repair Program
- Work to assist the special requests of area residents and referrals from local councilperson and City of Cleveland department as well as local agencies and institutions.
