Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. The Development Coordinator is responsible for working with the Chief Development Officer in fund-raising efforts and activities in accordance with the mission of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare, and the priorities established by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority. Focus will be on fundraising, special events, and marketing opportunities.
The Special Events role will be responsible for expanding the outreach and revenue for the annual Bra-ha-ha, Gala and 5k as well as other events as established by the strategic plan.
