Position Overview
The Development Coordinator will be critical to the Development Department’s success in meeting PolicyLink’s fundraising goals. The Coordinator will support the development team with data management, grant portal management, project management, fundraising operations, and prospect research. This position will report directly to the Director of Institutional Giving and join a Development team with a Chief Advancement Officer, a Director of Donor Engagement, and a Development Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to support the development team of a well-established organization. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about equity and want to work at the nexus of the racial equity movement: long-term strategic goals and incubating grassroots movements.

The salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000, dependent upon experience.
