Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

    • Center residents and hold in mind their experiences to deliver services.
    • Support residents to maintain / achieve their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life.
    • Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners.
    • Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services and community building efforts.
    • Maintain resident files according to resident services guidelines.
    • Participate in organization, team and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication.
    • Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards.
    • Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
    • With high school diploma or GED, 5 7 years of relevant experience, required.
    • Position prefers bachelor’s degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
    • Valid driver’s license, required.

    Education, experience, and special requirements :

    • Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
    • With high school diploma or GED, 5 7 years of relevant experience, required.
    • Position prefers bachelor’s degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
    • Valid driver’s license, required.
    • Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check.
