POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Property Coordinator will also play a bookkeeper position. It combines responsibilities like leasing rental properties, handling permitting and contractors, collaborating on remodels, and providing company bookkeeping and financial tracking (with 3rd party CPA accountant guidance), but also introduces a rare opportunity to grow in real estate investment knowledge. This position would involve closely working with commercial property managers, performing property leasing functions and serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, property neighbors and vendors. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate next steps, think critically, and offer solutions to unforeseen problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This individual will be collaborating closely with ownership everyday. This individual is a flexible, motivated, self-starter who works well under pressure, can multi-task, and prioritize projects and tasks at-hand. Communication, phone calls and quick responses is essential in a face-paced industry like real estate investment and management.
