The Woodring Apartments will offer 110 units of high quality, work force and market rate unit to the market. The Woodring Apartments will be HRI Communities and HRI Management’s first of several multi-family in Lake Charles and are looking for experienced team members to join us as we grow!
We are seeking a multi-family experienced and talented Property Manager. In this integral role, you will report to a Regional Supervisor and also have regular interactions with various department heads at HRIM. As property manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the property. Key areas include unit reporting, rent reporting, collections, and other supportive management functions. This position also assists with leasing, resident services, cultivating positive resident relations, and resident retention.
