Our company is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will also be responsible for selling new maintenance contracts and ensuring our quality standards are met across all properties. This role is integral to our team, contributing to the planning and scheduling of work, attending client meetings, and fostering a culture of safety within the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Sell new maintenance contracts and upsell additional landscape upgrades and services.
• Conduct regular property visits to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for enhancement work.
• Assist the Maintenance Operations Manager in scheduling crews and work to be performed.
• Attend meetings with property managers, homeowners associations, and other clients as needed.
• Review and adjust contracts and services for client renewals.
• Assist in reviewing, measuring, and estimating new projects.
• Help plan and implement employee activities to boost morale.
• Monitor weather conditions and coordinate with the Maintenance Operations Manager to schedule crews accordingly.
• Maintain a culture of safety within the company.
• Provide direct customer contact on assigned snow accounts and maintain 24/7 customer contact before, during, and after a snow event.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
