Development Manager supervises operations to execute an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, and capital development initiatives supporting short- and long-term organizational revenue objectives. Implements and supports donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Development Manager collaborates with corporate or governmental partnerships. Coordinates staff and stakeholders in event planning and communication to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Development Manager manages a donor database and tools to produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. May oversee or participate in the grant writing and proposal process. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Job Description: We are looking for energetic people willing to change the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Full time group home managers are required for Monday through Friday with one second shift per week. All schedules are permanent and will vary depending on applicant's availability. 2nd shift meal supplied as part of your benefits package during your shift.
Pay Rate/Benefits: $59,000 to start with additional bonus potential. At least 1 year experience with individuals with IDD required. Management experience helpful especially staff supervision and program organization. Good communication and problem solving skills and ability to work well with people needed. Medication Administration, CPR/FA, Crises Training, Abuse and Neglect Training, Driver's Certification, and Overview of Developmental Disabilities Training, are a must to start. Sign on bonus is available once per lifetime. Medical, Dental, Vision, and AFLAC Benefits are available, some with agency contribution as well as our 401k with company MATCH contributions. All available only 90 days after hire. All managers MUST be approved by our insurance company to drive our agency vehicles.
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the home, the program and resident care. Supervise staff, manage the home, plan the daily schedule, interact with families, ensure reports and documentation are completed. Rotating on call with weekend availability.
