Development Manager supervises operations to execute an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, and capital development initiatives supporting short- and long-term organizational revenue objectives. Implements and supports donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Development Manager collaborates with corporate or governmental partnerships. Coordinates staff and stakeholders in event planning and communication to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Development Manager manages a donor database and tools to produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER POSITION: The Pre-construction Project Manager will support the bidding process by preparing estimates and proposals for hard bid and conceptual projects. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the bidding and estimating process including quantity takeoffs, review of plans and specifications, developing unit costs to estimate final project costs, soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors/suppliers, bid analysis and interacting with design professionals and the Intrinsic management team. As a pre-construction project manager, you will assist in recommending sub selection and award, buyout, and value engineering.
