Diabetes Educator educates patients on the necessary lifestyle changes involved in a diabetes diagnosis, including nutrition, medication, physical activity and glucose testing. Collects patient data to monitor health status and proactively manage the patient's condition. Being a Diabetes Educator facilitates skill development and behavior modification so that the patient is able to successfully manage the disease. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent. Additionally, Diabetes Educator typically required to be a Certified Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diabetes Educator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. -Help families find and follow jesus
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and development
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse groups of children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
