    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Daily contact with our Field Associates and their respective branch associates to obtain missing application requirements and omissions.
    • Work in a highly regulated environment in which reporting is required for compliance such as SEC reporting, Replacements, AML, and numerous state and internal audits.
    • Analyze problem cases and decide on the best approach for resolution.
    • Handle large case volumes with a high degree of accuracy. This is often our client's first experience with the company and prompt and accurate issuance of a contract is essential.

    The base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $54,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple processes and prioritize workload

    Relationship Building: Knowledge of the importance of creating positive relationships within the team and ability to develop trusting relationships by valuing others' concerns and contributions.

    Telephone-Based Customer Servicing: Knowledge of customer service delivered via telephone; ability to deal with handling customer inquiries and responses received by telephone.
