The Shift Coordinator is the first line of supervisory position within the Chain of Command. Responsibilities include overseeing the shift activities and Treatment Support Workers, managing crisis, establishing and implementing program activities, maintaining the structure for each shift, and ensuring that proper ratios are being utilized at all times. The Shift Coordinator is also responsible for administering medications to the children per Department of Children and Families (DCF) guidelines.
