THE BEACH CLUB GROUP SALES COORDINATOR
The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting with group sales tasks such as handling lead calls, creating room blocks, creating BEOs as well as assisting with event planning as needed.
They will also book transient reservations, assist callers with questions and provide answers and solutions.
Additional duties will include lead generation, handling existing reservations and handling of special guest requests along with other tasks assigned by leadership as it relates to group and guest sales and relations.
