Description: Judge Group is currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for the development, integration, coordination and ongoing support for the delivery of behavioral health services.This is a full time and permanent opportunity! This job will have the following responsibilities:- Direct support to the Senior Director of Clinical Services
- Provide leadership and oversight for the development, integration, coordination and ongoing support for the delivery of behavioral health services in an integrated fashion through the management, direction and supervision of the clinician staff
- Operations include policies and procedures, finance and budgeting, purchasing/materials management, property management, customer service/service excellence, quality and safety, and information systems.
- Responsible for providing direct supervision of clinicians, development, integration, coordination and ongoing support for the quality of clinic staff
- Conduct effective screening processes, innovative training programs, and maintenance of service excellence standards as well as being responsible for proper staffing in all areas of the clinic.
- This person will manage to the agency Core Values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Masters’ Degree in Human Services or related field required
- State of CT LCSW licensure required.
- A minimum of two (2)) years management experience in a behavioral health or medical setting required.
