Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Patient Outreach Coordinator to join our dental group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with patients, promoting dental services, and coordinating outreach initiatives to expand the patient base and enhance patient retention.

Responsibilities:

Engage with current and potential patients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

Conduct outreach campaigns to educate patients about dental services, promotions, and upcoming events.

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations for patients interested in our services.

Gather feedback from patients to assess satisfaction levels and address concerns effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop patient outreach strategies and promotional materials.

Participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs to promote dental health awareness.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, outreach activities, and campaign results.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in patient outreach, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to build rapport with patients and engage effectively with diverse populations.

Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care practices.

Experience in healthcare or dental industry outreach programs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in customer service, patient relations, or healthcare administration.

Previous experience in patient outreach or community engagement roles.
