Riddle's Group, Inc. Ecommerce Department is excited to announce a new position opening in the growing online retail sales division. We are seeking a Product Coordinator at our corporate office located in Rapid City, SD.

The Product Coordinator will be responsible for expanding and organizing online product selection, images, descriptions, and content to improve SEO and website user experience. The Product Coordinator will develop and execute process of all core store assortment items, extended product selections and branded product line integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Merchandising liaison, product specialist
• Manage web product listing process
• Manage virtual vendor inventory process
• Create SEO content /copywriting across multiple digital platforms
• Assist in organizing photo shoots for social/promotions
• Coordinating transfers, photography products
• Local store CRM – Podium, social media, customer data
• Assist in working with digital agency(s) to ensure website achieves best-in-class SEO capabilities and performance metrics
• Organize all web products and communication between Merchandising and Ecommerce Departments.
• Assist in merchandising and managing vendor/in-house inventory
• Coordinate training for stores in Local CRM operations
• Work cross-functionally with buyers, marketing team and vendor partners to feature high quality images, robust product descriptions, unique features, and benefits on our website.

Education:

• High school or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
