Overview

Office Management – Being the main point of contact for our Warren office and providing all administration and office management support to ensure the facility is kept in a good condition and that all needs are met for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manages the facility in terms of running and upkeep for pantry services, stock for stationery and office equipment
• Welcomes all staff and guests into the office, managing space and desks
• Responsible for daily checks to ensure the office and all of its equipment is in good working order
• Coordinates all necessary equipment for new joiners and manages the off boarding process for employees
• Addresses or troubleshoots building related problems with property management.
• Works on various global projects and with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Should be able to collaborate and work with teams
• Ability to work occasional irregular hours
