The Scheduler's primary responsibility is to review, identify and fill daily scheduling needs for the facility and promptly resolve staffing issues pertaining to absenteeism and maintain overall adequate staffing for the Nursing Department. The Staffing Coordinator will also acts as the Administrative Assistant for the Director of Nursing and He/She will aide the Director of Nursing and the Director of Human Resources in recruitment and retention efforts.
