Position Summary: The Customer Care Representative will interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat daily.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-rate customer service by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and the ability to problem solve customer issues with innovative solutions.
· Serve as a vital link between sales representatives, ACI, and the customer.
· Assist customers in placing orders for photo prints, custom products, and other services offered by the lab.
· Provide basic technical support for customers using the lab’s online ordering system or troubleshooting common photography-related questions.
· Ensure that orders are processed accurately and meet the lab’s quality standards. Address any quality concerns raised by customers.
· Assist in customer prospecting.
· Assist with billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
Qualifications:
· One year service or sales experience.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
