Diagnostic Imaging Manager plans and implements the overall diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for several departments which may include nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically reports to a director. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Diagnostic Imaging Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Founded in 1987 in Charleston, SC as an independent service organization, CMS Imaging has expanded its product line to include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and Advanced Fluoroscopic systems.  Software solutions including PACS and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA) are also available to enable customers to display, manage, and store imaging data.

    The Medical Account Manager is responsible for growing capital equipment sales within a specified territory at a rate to meet or exceed sales goals within that territory.  He or she will emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.  He or she will negotiate prices or terms of sales agreements within parameters defined by senior leadership.  They will prepare and submit sales contracts for orders and visit clinical establishments to evaluate needs and to define appropriate product and service solutions.  The successful MAM will consistently contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs and be able to answer customers' questions, about products, prices, availability, or credit terms and quote prices or other bid specifications.

    Requirements

     The successful candidate will demonstrate a progressive career with 5 years experience selling Medical Imaging Equipment into hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers throughout the Florida market.
