Partners Imaging Centers is seeking a highly qualified Radiology Business Manager (RBM) with administrative and operation management experience. The RBM reports to the Managing Partner and Board of Directors. Partners Imaging Centers is a well established physician owned Medical Imaging Practice operating multi-modality centers in Sarasota & Bradenton, FL. Partners Imaging Center of Sarasota is the largest and busiest outpatient imaging center in Sarasota County.

Essential Functions:

• In conjunction with the Managing Partner (MP), establish and support center operation projects in a time efficient manner.
• In conjunction with the MP and Board of Directors, develop budget projection & forecast reports and analyze variance from past reports.
• Ensure that quality and competitive cost services and supplies are provided from vendors and outside service personnel.
• Supervise and responsible for developing and maintaining QA, HIPAA, and other regulatory/compliance programs, including fulfilling requirements, maintaining records, preparing for inspections, and the timely preparation and submission of required documents to credentialing and regulatory organizations.
• In conjunction with the CAO/HR Manager, provide assistance in hiring and supporting staff services to ensure a positive experience for patients and referring offices.
• Coordinate with company administrative support services (e.g. HR, Scheduling, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Community Relations, and IT) to provide effective management.

Education and work experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably business related or ARRT with management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years FT experience in healthcare, radiology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years FT experience managing or directing a healthcare facility or department.

Knowledge, skills, and values:

• Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Spreadsheets, Statistical Information & Tracking Systems, and Management specific software.
