Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor jobs in Muskegon, MI
Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of staff in a diagnostic imaging department such as nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography or ultrasound. Monitors the adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree, certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. CT Tech needed for Traverse City, MI!
Hospital setting
CT technologist will be responsible to perform diagnostic CT imaging in ER CT environment.
Will likely work varying shifts but we will schedule the same shift a week at a time.
Shift: 2p-10p
Weekend: Rotating (every fifth)
Holiday: Yes
On-Call-None
Equipment: Cannon/Toshiba experience preferred
EMR: Cerner
Required Certifications: ARRT, CT Registered, current BLS certificate
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
Position: Technologist
Specialty/Modality: Computed Tomography
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
