Our cutting edge and dynamic medical practice is searching for a Medical Assistant to support a medical doctor in our Granite Bay office. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities would be, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare providers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone inquiries, provide information, and assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.
• Assist the MD with in office procedures by prepping a sterile tray and helping to administer medications.

Requirements:

• You do not need to be a certified Medical Assistant as we are willing to train the right candidate.
• You do not need to have experience in the medical field to apply, but it is a plus.
• Comfortable knowledge of basic office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Proficiency with computers to assist you in navigating the electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
