Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor jobs in Saint Cloud, MN

Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift, 72 hours every two weeks, 8-hour shifts. Call and rotating holiday and weekends. 

What you will do: 

• Imaging Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Imaging Dept.
• Provide qualified staff to the hospital and clinics Imaging departments.
• Ongoing support to the Physicians group as a consultant on imaging procedures.
• Assist our Radiologist group in implementing protocols and maintaining quality exams.
• Encourage the practices and behavior of the Imaging Department by sharing information, resolving conflicts, facilitating communication, problem resolution and involving others in improvement activities.
• Leadership position and serves as a member of the administrative team when needed.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience and
• Diploma Must have graduated from approved AMA credited school of Radiology.
• 1 year experience as a Lead or Supervisor in Imaging services
• American Board of Radiology ARRT Certified Required and
• Mammography Required

An Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to speak English proficiently. 
• Must be trained in CT, Mammography, and knowledgeable in all Imaging procedure. 
• Must Understand quality improvements, KPI, PDSA and implement improvement plans. 
• A valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required.
