Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor jobs in Stamford, CT

Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of staff in a diagnostic imaging department such as nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography or ultrasound. Monitors the adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree, certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Clerk to join our team. The Document Imaging Clerk will be responsible for prepping, scanning, indexing and organizing client's records, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of the imaging process. This position operates in a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality-focused, fast-paced production line.
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform data entry tasks to input and maintain records in electronic systems
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
    • Prepare and scan documents to go through scanner
    • Quality check each batch to ensure all pages are captured, quality is equal to or greater than original document, and index each file according to client's request

    Skills:

    • Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
