Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of staff in a diagnostic imaging department such as nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography or ultrasound. Monitors the adherence to all diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services. Being a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree, certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing a range of physicians and institutional accounts and for developing and closing new referral sources for the practice.
Responsibilities:
Developing a business plan and sales strategy for his/her territory that aligns with the objectives of the practice.
Creating and conducting daily/weekly marketing reports.
Building strong relationships with client physicians and institutions.
Researching the market and our competitive position.
Presenting the services of the practice in a structured professional way face to face with physicians and institutional managers.
Preparing and executing plans for effective search of leads and prospects.
Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Maintaining contact with all clients in the territory to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Representing clients interests within the company to ensure service expectations are being met.
Demonstrating an ability to interact and cooperate effectively with all employees of the practice
Requirements:
Must have own means of transportation, valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
