Responsibilities:

• Performs diversified duties in diet office e.g., maintains diet records, tallies food requirements and other similar tasks. Collects resident menus and performs menu correction.
• Follows standard practices and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that resident’s are satisfied with their meals and receive the items they choose.
• Flexible schedule works under the supervision of the R.D..
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
• Must be able to keep records and be flexible.
• Computer literacy is a must, bonus if you know meal tracker
