Dietitian - Home Care conducts assessments of patient/caretaker nutritional needs to implement nutritional care plan complying with the medical diagnosis needs. Plans menus, inspects food to ensure portions adhere to set restrictions and dietary standards. Being a Dietitian - Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Requires state license to practice. Additionally, Dietitian - Home Care requires Registered Dietitian (RD). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Dietitian - Home Care occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We support our clients in the place they call home providing any non-medical needs such as respite, supportive home care, mentorship, daily living skills training, general companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders and more.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience providing related caregiving services: 1 Year
* Must pass caregiver background check
* Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
* Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance
* Must have reliable phone with texting capability and voicemail
* Must have mobile internet access for timekeeping
* Must be compassionate
* Must be consistently reliable and punctual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Caregiving: 2 years
* CPR/First Aid Certification
