Dietitian - Home Care jobs in Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritional care and guidance to patients. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and health of individuals under your care.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Perform patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, conducting physical examinations, and analyzing laboratory data
- Provide health coaching to patients, educating them on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and current dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
