Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility
• Active and unencumbered license to practice as a dietitian in the state
• Strong knowledge of dietary practices, procedures, and regulations

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, and direct overall operations of the Food Services Department
• Coordinate food service activities with related departments
• Interpret and communicate department policies and procedures
• Assist in developing diet plans for individual residents
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
