Work Schedule:

• Flexible & Adaptable: Choose between three to four 10-hour shifts per week.
  
• Convenience: Complete your work Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
  

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive Hourly Wage: $30.00-$37.00/hour, based on experience.
  
• Travel Compensation: $30.00-$37.00/hr for your time traveling to and from facilities.
  

Contract Length:

13-26 weeks—grow your career with us!

Preferred Experience:

• At least one year of clinical experience is highly valued but not a strict requirement.
  

Responsibilities:

• Holistic Care: Coordinate comprehensive nutritional care by completing in-depth assessments.
  
• Specialized Skills: Experience with tube feedings is a must.
  
• Education & Counseling: Deliver meaningful nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families.
  
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to DOH/state/federal regulations and company policies.
  
• Independence: Ability to operate without continuous guidance or training.
  

Requirements:

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Proficient in general nutrition education, including weight management.
  
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  
• Experienced in using electronic charting systems.
  
• Knowledgeable in state survey processes and nutrition care compliance requirements.
