Dietitian, Sr. jobs in Worcester, MA

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate RD to join our team at Milford Regional Medical Center on a full-time basis in a supportive and collaborative work environment. As an inpatient RD, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nutritional care to our patients. This position offers a Monday through Friday day shift schedule with occasional Saturday coverage. On-call remote coverage Sundays on a rotating basis and 1 holiday per year, providing the ability to earn overtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for inpatients.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Monitor and reassess patients' nutritional status regularly.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Provide coverage for the ICU as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) license.
• Knowledge and experience in nutrition support and oncology highly desireable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary:

$60,000 per year, negotiable and based on experience. ability to earn overtime.
