Dietitian Supervisor jobs in Riverside, CA

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dietitian to join the team! Ideal candidates are independent, self-directed, team players and client focused with leadership skills. The consultant RD will provide excellent nutrition care at teen wellness center in Rancho Cucamonga CA with room for expansion to additional nearby sites. On-site work required and limited charting may be completed remotely. Willingness to commute to facility is required. Training with be paid.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Conducting nutrition groups to provide dietary education and hands on kitchen skills to adolescent clients
• Nutrition assessment of clients upon admission as deemed appropriate
• Follow up assessments based on clinical appropriateness.
• Provide facility managers and program directors with recipes for nutrition groups

Knowledge & Education Requirements

• Knowledge of Nutrition Care Process, and standard charting methods for paper and electronic medical records preferred.
• Experience in eating disorder or mental health facilities, clinical dietetics, and some food service background required.
• RD/RDN credentials required as well as professional liability insurance.

Flexible hours

Job Types: Contract, Per diem

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
