Digital Collection Librarian maintains a library's digital collection of books, serials, documents, audiovisuals, or other materials, and assists groups and individuals in locating, obtaining and using materials. Trains others in the creation or preservation of digital resources and the use of the library's digital system(s). Being a Digital Collection Librarian is responsible for the library's open source projects and procures licenses for digital content. Interacts with IT staff in selecting/developing, implementing and maintaining the library's technical infrastructure. Additionally, Digital Collection Librarian requires a master's degree in library science from an ALA-accredited school in a related field. Typically reports to a director. The Digital Collection Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Collection Librarian typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. About Bullnanza: Bullnanza Stud Services is a livestock reproduction facility with a focus on male reproductive services. These services include semen collection, processing, sexed semen, semen sales, genetic testing, storage and shipping. Bullnanza has two locations in Sweetwater, TX and Stillwater, OK. The Primarily Responsibility: Semen production and processing of multiple species. Including, but not limited to: bovine, canine, goats, and deer.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating all labor and materials necessary for semen processing.
2. Take a proactive approach to business expansion including public relations, marketing and strategic planning of facilities.
3. Individual will be required to work with supervising veterinarian.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and General Manager
Education Requirements Candidate must possess a B.S. or M.S. degree, Animal Science degree preferred. Experience in semen evaluation and working in a lab preferred.

o The successful candidate will be expected to work some weekends and be able to work 60hrs per week during the fall and spring breeding seasons.
