Digital Collection Librarian maintains a library's digital collection of books, serials, documents, audiovisuals, or other materials, and assists groups and individuals in locating, obtaining and using materials. Trains others in the creation or preservation of digital resources and the use of the library's digital system(s). Being a Digital Collection Librarian is responsible for the library's open source projects and procures licenses for digital content. Interacts with IT staff in selecting/developing, implementing and maintaining the library's technical infrastructure. Additionally, Digital Collection Librarian requires a master's degree in library science from an ALA-accredited school in a related field. Typically reports to a director. The Digital Collection Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Collection Librarian typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Purpose of the Role:

    The Systems Integration Manager/Network Administrator plays a critical role in enhancing our operational capabilities through technological advancements. This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of our platform/system integrations, including the evaluation, buildout, configuration, and deployment of our new and existing LMS, CRM and Business Operations solutions. This role will own the implementation and user adoption of these internal and customer facing experiences.

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
    • A minimum of five years of experience in systems integration, project management/ownership, and ensuring any company utilized platforms are up to date and utilized by the appropriate audience.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing third-party developers and overseeing software customization and implementation projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of CRM and LMS management, databases, and information systems.
    • Proven communication skills, adept at interacting with both internal team members and end users.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate, install, configure, and maintain software systems and applications across the organization.
    • Lead and manage multiple system integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
    • Collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
    • Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to the development team, ensuring all system components function cohesively.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders about project status and any arising risks.
    • Maintain and support existing applications, ensuring upgrades and enhancements are implemented effectively.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend system and process improvements and ensure the company is leveraging automation and integrations available efficiently.
    • Implement and manage security protocols to protect the organization’s systems and data, including monitoring and managing user onboarding and off boarding in a timely manner.
    • Evaluate and recommend upgrades to company operations platforms.
